A few good questions

Clear from the start.

How does Zman get paid?

Zman operates as a telecom broker. When you order an eligible service through us, we receive compensation through the provider channel. We don't add a separate fee for sourcing or support. Your quoted service charges and contract terms come from the carrier.

Who is my contract with?

Your service agreement is with the carrier you select. Zman helps with sourcing, order coordination, and support escalation; the carrier provides and bills for the service.

Can you check providers at my specific address?

Yes. Share the full address, including any suite or unit number. We'll check available options. Service availability, construction requirements, pricing, and installation dates depend on the provider and location.

Can you help with more than one location?

Yes. Send the addresses and what each location needs. We can help source options across locations, even where different providers are needed.

What happens if I have a service issue later?

You can reach back out to Zach for help navigating carrier support and escalation. For an active outage, also report it directly to your carrier so a repair ticket is opened. Repair times and service commitments are governed by your carrier agreement.
